This Privacy Policy explains how Spoodoo Labs handles information in connection with Exchange Rates & Markups for WooPayments and this website.

Information we receive

When you activate a paid license or register a free installation, the service may receive your site URL and plugin version. Paid license activation may also include your license key and license information. The service creates or returns installation identifiers needed to provide and secure the service.

When the plugin requests exchange rates, requests may include your store’s WooCommerce base currency, requested currency codes, plugin version, installation identifiers, request timestamps, nonces, signatures, and other security information needed to authenticate requests, prevent replay, troubleshoot failures, and maintain the service.

Exchange-rate requests may be made when an administrator manually updates rates or when the plugin runs a configured scheduled update through WordPress Cron. License management requests may be made when a license is activated, released, or validated.

As with any server-to-server HTTP request, the service provider may see the requesting WordPress server’s IP address.

The plugin does not send customer, order, checkout, payment, or other customer personal data to the exchange-rate service. It does not send payment card details. Purchases and payment details for this website are processed by the payment providers used by this website.

How we use information

We use this information to provide exchange-rate data, activate and validate licenses, enforce installation limits, secure the API, provide support, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with hosting, database, payment, email, analytics, exchange-rate, and other service providers only as needed to operate the website and service. We do not sell personal information.
